Therapy for the Mom Who’s Holding It All Together... Barely
EMDR-certified, trauma-informed therapy for high-achieving moms navigating postpartum anxiety, perfectionism, and emotional overload.
Serving clients virtually across Texas and in-person in Austin—because you shouldn’t have to “hold it all together” alone.
Ready to stop pretending you’re fine?
It doesn’t have to feel this hard forever.
Imagine a version of motherhood where:
- Your anxious brain doesn’t spiral with worst-case scenarios at 3 a.m.
- You respond to your kids with calm—not guilt, shame, or snap reactions.
- You feel more like you again—not just the version powering through the day.
- You can set boundaries, say no, and not second-guess yourself for hours after.
- You actually enjoy motherhood… instead of just surviving it.
You’re not failing—you’re carrying too much alone.
Let’s untangle the anxiety, perfectionism, and pressure so you can finally exhale. Therapy can help you move out of survival mode and into something steadier.

What Happens Next?
Here's how we get started...
Taking that first step feels HUGE, I get it. But here’s the thing—you don’t have to have it all figured out (or be “ready” or “perfect”) to start this journey.
01: Book your free 15-minute intro call
This call is just a casual, no-pressure conversation where I’ll guide you through what to expect and listen to where you’re really at. You don’t need to have answers, or a plan, or even know exactly what to say. Just come as you are—messy feelings and all.
02: Decide if therapy feels right for you
There’s zero pressure here. Sometimes just getting a sense of support and connection can be enough to help you move forward.
03: Schedule your first full session
When you’re ready, we’ll set up your first session—virtual, or Walk & Talk therapy in Austin (offered October through May). We’ll find what works best for your life and your pace.
04: Start the work that feels right for you
Whether it’s calming postpartum anxiety, unpacking perfectionism, or healing through EMDR, we’ll take it one step at a time—on your terms.
If you have any questions or just want to chat before getting started, feel free to send me a message through the contact form anytime. I’m here to listen and support you—no pressure, no judgment. You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore. When you’re ready, we’ll take this step together.
Fees & Logistics
All sessions are 50 minutes and $200. I am an out-of-network provider and can offer superbills for reimbursement. Sessions are available virtually across Texas or in-person in Austin.
Not sure where to start?
FAQs (aka: You’re not the only one wondering)
What kind of moms do you work with?
The ones who look like they’ve got it together—but are barely holding on inside. I work with high-achieving, anxious moms who are navigating postpartum anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, grief, and the mental load that never shuts off. You don’t have to be falling apart to need support. If you’re tired of pretending you’re fine, you’re in the right place.
Is it weird that I feel anxious, sad, or even resentful—but also really love my kid?
Not weird. Completely human. You can love your child and struggle. You can feel grateful and overwhelmed. Therapy is a space where all of those messy, complicated feelings are welcome—without judgment, and without needing to make it sound better than it is.
Do I need a formal diagnosis to start therapy?
Nope. You don’t need a diagnosis, a rock-bottom moment, or even the “right” words to get started. If you’re feeling anxious, exhausted, or just not like yourself, therapy can help you make sense of it all and find a way forward.
What if I don’t know what to say in session?
That’s totally normal—and honestly, it’s my job to help you figure it out. You don’t need to come in with a plan or a script. Just come as you are (messy feelings, half-formed thoughts, and all). We’ll slow things down together.
What if I’m high-functioning? Can therapy still help me?
Yes—especially if you’re the kind of person who looks fine on the outside but feels like they’re constantly on edge inside. High-functioning anxiety is real, and just because you’re getting things done doesn’t mean you’re okay. You deserve support, too.
What’s your approach to therapy?
My style is a mix of warm, grounded, and no-bullshit. I’m the kind of therapist who will absolutely hold space for the messy, tender stuff—but I’ll also gently (or not-so-gently) challenge the stories that are keeping you stuck.
I’m EMDR-certified and trauma-informed, which means we’ll work with your whole system—not just your thoughts, but your nervous system too. This isn’t surface-level talk therapy or endless venting. It’s deep, steady work to help you actually feel different—not just “get by.”
We’ll untangle the anxiety, perfectionism, and old wounds that keep hijacking your calm. And we’ll do it at your pace, with compassion, humor, and the occasional therapeutic side-eye when you need it.
Wait… what is EMDR?
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (a mouthful, I know). It helps your brain and body process distressing experiences so they don’t keep showing up as anxiety, reactivity, or shutdown. You don’t have to go into every detail for it to work—it’s gentle, efficient, and honestly kind of magical.
Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes—I offer virtual therapy to clients across Texas. Whether you’re in Houston, Dallas, El Paso, or hiding from your toddler in the pantry, therapy can meet you where you’re at (literally).
What if I prefer in-person therapy?
If you’re local to Austin, I offer in-person Walk & Talk sessions at quiet outdoor locations during the cooler months (October–May). It’s great for moms who process better while moving or just need fresh air and space to breathe.
How much do sessions cost?
Sessions are 50 minutes and $200. I also offer a free 15-minute intro call, no strings attached, to see if we’re a good fit.
Do you take insurance?
I’m considered an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. But many of my clients get reimbursed for a portion of therapy (usually 60–80% of the session fee) once they submit what’s called a “superbill” to their insurance.
If you’re not sure whether your plan includes out-of-network benefits, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help you check. I can walk you through what to ask your insurance company and what steps to take next. You can also use your HSA/FSA card to pay for sessions.
What happens in the free intro call?
It’s super low-pressure. We’ll chat for about 15 minutes so I can learn what’s bringing you in and you can get a feel for how I work. There’s no commitment—just a chance to see if therapy with me feels like a good fit.
What if I’m not “ready” yet?
That’s okay. You don’t have to be 100% ready to take a small step forward. If booking a call feels like too much right now, you’re always welcome to send me a message or just hang out on the site until it feels right. I’ll be here when you are.
